At LabLAPrint, all products are custom printed and made to order based on customer specifications.

Because our products are personalized and manufactured specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size, quantity, or product selection

• Spelling, design, or content errors provided by the customer

• Customer-approved artwork

• Color variations within industry-standard printing tolerances

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lablaprint@gmail.com and include photos of the issue.

We will review your claim and work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, this may include:

• Reprint of the affected items

• Replacement products

• Store credit

• Full or partial refund

LabLAPrint reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution after reviewing each case.
