We ship orders nationwide to both residential and business addresses.
Every order is carefully packaged to help protect your products during transportation.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the product type, order size, destination, and carrier requirements.
Shipping Options
We offer multiple shipping methods to help meet different timelines and budgets.
Standard Shipping
Estimated transit time: 5–8 business days after production is complete.
Standard Shipping is our most economical shipping option and is suitable for most orders.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, carrier operations, seasonal demand, and other factors outside our control.
Rush Shipping
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days after production is complete.
Rush Shipping is a faster shipping option for customers who need their completed order delivered sooner.
Express Shipping
Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days after production is complete.
Express Shipping is our fastest available shipping option after production has been completed.
Selecting Rush or Express Shipping does not shorten production time unless an expedited production service is specifically offered and purchased separately.
Production Time vs. Shipping Time
Production time and shipping transit time are separate parts of the order process.

Preparing the order for shipment
Shipping transit time begins only after the completed order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
The estimated production or turnaround time for each product is displayed on the product page or during product selection.
For example, if a product requires 5 business days for production and Express Shipping is selected, the estimated total time may be approximately 6–7 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided whenever available after your order has been shipped.
Please allow the carrier time to scan the package and update tracking information after the shipment has been accepted.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If a package is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping or reshipment charges are the customer's responsibility.
