At LabLAPrint, we understand that many print orders are time-sensitive. Whether you need business cards for a meeting, stickers for a product launch, signs for an event, or marketing materials for your business, we work to make the ordering and production process as efficient and straightforward as possible.

Production time may vary depending on the product type, quantity, material, size, finishing options, artwork quality, and current production schedule.

When Does Production Start?

Production begins after we receive all information and materials required to complete your order.

This may include:

• Successful payment

• Complete order details

• Print-ready artwork

• Required proof approval

• Any additional information requested by LabLAPrint

If your artwork is clear, correctly sized, and ready for printing, your order can move into production without unnecessary delays.

If the uploaded artwork has issues, such as low resolution, incorrect dimensions, missing bleed, unclear text, missing fonts, or an unsupported file format, we may need to contact you before production begins. This may extend the turnaround time.

How to Avoid Delays

To help us process your order efficiently, please upload complete, high-quality artwork before checkout or as soon as possible after placing your order.

For best results, we recommend:

• PDF files whenever possible

• AI, EPS, PSD, or PNG files when appropriate

• 300 DPI resolution or higher for raster artwork

• Artwork created at the correct final size

• Important text and logos positioned within safe margins

• Clear and readable artwork

• Fonts outlined or embedded whenever possible

• Required bleed included when applicable

Please review your artwork carefully before submitting it.

Rush Production

Rush production may be available for selected products and projects.

Rush production is separate from Rush Shipping or Express Shipping.

A faster shipping method only reduces carrier transit time after production is complete. It does not automatically shorten production time.

If you have a strict deadline, please contact us before placing your order at support@lablaprint.com.

We can review the project requirements and available production options, but expedited completion is not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by LabLAPrint.

Production Time and Shipping Time

Production time and shipping transit time are separate.

Production time is the time required to prepare, print, cut, finish, inspect, package, and prepare your order for shipment or pickup.

Shipping transit time begins only after the completed order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

The estimated turnaround time for each product may be displayed on the product page or during product selection.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

We make reasonable efforts to complete orders within the estimated turnaround time.

Actual production time may vary depending on:

• Product type

• Quantity

• Order complexity

• Material availability

• Finishing requirements

• Artwork quality

• Proof approval

• Current production volume

Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed unless a specific completion date has been confirmed by LabLAPrint in writing.
