Most standard print orders begin production after the artwork is received, reviewed, and approved. Production time may vary depending on the product type, quantity, material, size, finishing options, and the quality of the uploaded file.

When Does Production Start?

Production starts after we receive all required order details and print-ready artwork. If your file is clear, correctly sized, and ready for printing, your order can move through production faster.

If the uploaded artwork has issues, such as low resolution, wrong size, missing bleed, unclear text, or incorrect file format, we may need to contact you before production. This can delay the order.

How to Avoid Delays

To help us process your order faster, please upload a high-quality file before checkout or immediately after placing your order.

For best results, we recommend:

  • PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, or PNG files
  • 300 DPI or higher resolution
  • Correct product size
  • Important text and logos placed away from the edge
  • Clear and readable artwork
  • All fonts outlined or embedded when possible

Rush Orders

Rush production may be available for selected products. If you have a strict deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether your project can be completed on time.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Production time is the time needed to print and prepare your order. Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and handed to the carrier.
